Rita Ora is a British singer-songwriter. Rita Sahatciu Ora was a British singer and songwriter born to Vera Bajraktari and Besnik Sahatciu in Pristina, Kosovo in 1990. Besim Sahatciu is the granddaughter of her mother. When she was just one, her family made the decision to relocate to England. She was born in West London. She attended St Cuthbert with St Matthias CE Primary School, Earls Court. After that she was able to graduate from Sylvia Young Theatre School followed by St Charles Catholic Sixth Form College. She began singing at an early age.
