Priyanka Chopra Biography

Priyanka was born in Jamshedpur (India) on July 18 1982. When she was at the high school system, Chopra won the Miss India pageant. She was soon following it with the 2000 Miss World pageant as well. Following that international popularity, Chopra turned her sights toward the world of cinema and became a huge star in the Bollywood system. American television saw her make waves with Quantico the FBI drama. It ran from 2015 to 2018. Chopra was also the most popular star in Bollywood due to her union with actor Nick Jonas. Her first Bollywood movie, The Hero: Love Story of a Spy, in 2003. In the same year, she also appeared in Andaaz. This began a long sequence of films which comprised Plan, Kismat (a romantic comedy about an espionage operative), Asambhav, Mujhse Shaadi Karogi, Aitrazz, and Asambhav All of which were released in 2004. Though most of the films were not successful at the box theater, Chopra found success with the romantic comedy Mujhse Shaadi Karogi. Chopra was 20 when she made her debut in film with Thamizhan, and then followed it the following year with Jeet Born to Win. Chopra said she was not happy with her debut. "I wanted it to be over after I was done with it!" I was unsure of what I was doing." Nick Jonas and Chopra made a public announcement about their relationship in summer 2018. News of their engagement came in July of this year, and Jonas reported to have popped the question on Chopra's birthday, which was her 36th birthday. The couple was married at an extravagant wedding that began on December 1, 2018.
